Q: How do I know if HealthSource Launch U is for me?
A: It’s pretty simple. Do you have an intense personal discipline and drive, as well as the preference to be your OWN boss right from the start? If that’s the case, you WILL want to consider our HealthSource Launch U program. Please know that we will be “checking you out” as well, to determine if we feel like you are a good fit within our franchise. Every franchisee is a representative of HealthSource, and we take that very seriously. It’s imperative that you make coming to our Discovery Day a high priority…that’s where you will really get a feel for what HealthSource is all about!
Q: What’s the RISK of me trying to start-up on my own – without a program like HealthSource Launch U?
A: The failure rate and statistics in our profession speak for themselves … not to mention the stories! You might even know a recent chiropractic graduate who is struggling to make it. Maybe they are already OUT of the profession … or maybe they never even got started! We see it all the time: A DOCTOR … one of us … working in another field, selling pharmaceuticals or cars, waiting tables, tending bar, etc. Not that there is anything wrong with those occupations, but this is unacceptable to us! We need ALL the successful D.C.’s we can get! That’s why we do what we do! Too many DC’s are no longer in practice.
Q: Why should I start my own practice rather than be an associate first?
A: You shouldn’t necessarily. If you are entrepreneurial and driven to build your OWN thing sooner rather than later, then starting up a clinic right out of school should be considered and discussed with a team like ours that knows what it takes. It really CAN be a reality more often than people think. However, we realize there are some who may be unsure of their long term plan or skills. So, an associate position may be their answer. For those who opt to take an associate position, we highly suggest you do so in the office of a successful D.C. who leads a systems driven clinic – not one that is driven merely by that doctor’s personality, time there, etc. With that in mind, we have GREAT associate opportunities across the country. If being an associate makes more sense to you at this time, we can likely assist you! One thing is for sure: do yourself a favor and stay out of “Associate Jail”!
