Q: Will I get specialized training at Launch U?
As this process is being completed, you will be a part of our unique and intense SPECIALIZED TRAINING. That’s right! First is the Launch U “BOOT CAMP”. Like nothing else in our profession, this takes place at our headquarters in Lincoln, Illinois. You will spend 10 days digging in, drilling, experiencing and role playing the key aspects of the launch process … with the Launch U leadership and team right there the whole time.
Roll up your sleeves docs … this isn’t play time! We won’t waste your time with fluff. We get to work during our Boot-Camp! Where else do you find that opportunity? Classroom and clinical settings at our headquarters allow us to push you at an intense rate to master the procedures and policies that will propel you to success in your OWN practice. There is no need to reinvent the wheel– we already have it!
This training happens back to back with the franchise’s corporate training called HealthSource University. It is 4 days long and is the same training all franchisees go through. It is done almost every month in small group settings for optimal effectiveness.

ONGOING COACHING AND TRAINING
After all of this comes the ONGOING COACHING AND TRAINING to help maximize the implementation of all you have learned. To begin with this, too, is done primarily by the Launch U team. We will be the lead on this for the majority of the first year. All along, we work in tandem with your HealthSource Regional Developer. This is the person who has made an investment to play the lead role in a particular area of the country. They help franchisees implement, train and grow. They are IN the franchises in their area and do regional trainings. As one who earns a small percentage of the production in the franchise, they give it their all to assure you excel. The better you do, the better they do! They have a vested interest in your success… and that concept works much better than you merely paying a “practice management” guru a set monthly fee regardless of how you do!
Q: How many times per year will HealthSource offer the Launch U training?
A: HealthSource Launch U Bootcamp is held at least 6 times per year. These are held in a special training facility attached to a HealthSource clinic in Lincoln, IL. The dates are always posted in advance on the HealthSource Calendar. In addition, HealthSource University (HSU), a 4 day intensive training program is held every 6 weeks in Cleveland, Ohio. As a HealthSource Launch U client, you’ll go thru both the 10 day HealthSource Launch U Bootcamp as well as the 4 day intensive training with the corporate team. Best of all, all of that training is included in your franchise investment!
